Levels of difficulty:

Level 1

The set up and configuration of basic workstations as well as troubleshooting and printer maintenance.

Level 2

Diagnostic and configuration for high-end workstations and printers as well as operational software solutions foe workstations. This also includes rebuilding and repairing the larger more complex computers.

Level 3

Establishing and troubleshooting Novell Netware and NT networks.

Level 4

Local and wide area networks design, router configuration, voice over IP, Citrix, Exchange server, and data storage arrays.

 

Note that up to ½ hour of traveling time is charged on all site visits.
